In past few decades industrial manufacturing sector has grown with a rapid pace leading to higher living standards. This has also led to major problem by form industrial effluent and household sewage. Vast quantities of waste water have damaged the eco system and polluted our water source to a great extent. Toshio Technology has been making every endeavor in developing the waste water treatment equipment. In addition to waste water pumps and sewage pumps, the company has developed submersible aerator for efficient treatment rate of waste water. These aerators have been widely used in domestic and overseas waste water treatment plants.
AR series Submersible Jet Aerator Self-aspirating Submersible Aerators are applicable for aeration & mixing of waste water in treatment plant. Special design of the impeller generates strong jet flow of water mixed with air & supplies oxygen into wastewater.
Submersible Aerator AR Series utilizes the rotation of the impeller coupled directly to the motor to create a centrifugal force, which makes localized pressure suction in water. Due to venturi action vacuum is created at the entrance of the impeller which in turn draws air from atmosphere. Water and air are mixed in the channel of aeration housing. This mixture is discharged rapidly by the centrifugal force.
Due to water spurting out forcefully convection waves are created. Mixed air is converted into millions of tiny air bubbles. These bubbles rise slowly to waste water surface and oxygen is dissolved in water in this process. As bubbles are tiny and numerous the contact area is larger. Hence oxygen transfer rate (OTR) is higher than conventional aeration systems.

|Air Flow Range||40~875 m3/hr|
|OTR (max)||Upto 85 (kg-O2)|
|Liquid Temp.||5`~40` C|
|MOC||CI Pump casing, diffuser, impeller Motor casing SS304 Shaft SS420|
360 degree aeration with large convection area
High OTR due to micro bubble size and infinite number of bubbles
Effective and efficient aeration along with agitation
Easy reduction of BOD level from waster water
Minimum noise level (less than 40 dB)
The specially designed start-shaped closed impeller generates negative pressure in water and aspirates air from above the water surface through an air pipe.
Water is sucked from the large inflow port on top of the impeller casing and mixed with air. This structure prevents troubles that the inflow port is clogged up with sediments on bottom of a tank.
The impeller is made of cast stainless steel. The top and bottom faces inside the impeller casing are lined with stainless steel plates. It improves abrasion resistance and controls a reduction in air flow performance.
The compact unit is light in weight too. You can easily sink and lift the unit and out of a chamber.
To get the unit up and running, just connect the air intake pipe to the body and place the unit in the chamber.
Oil can be changed and the motor may be inspected while the unit is in its upright position. In short, the product is configured for easy servicing.
